How to Order:

1.) Print the order form linked to the left. Fill out the order form and mail it back to me.

Make sure you put a phone number or e-mail address (preferred) and I will let you know that I received your order. I will then design your plate and contact you when it is posted to the web site as a proof for you to look at. Once you decide you like it, let me know and let me know how you wish to pay.

I can take credit cards or other payment through pay-pal, and I take cash or money order. Sorry no checks, I have been burned in the past.

2.) Call me and leave a message @ 334-263-0663. I will return your message as soon as I can, so that we can discuss what you want.
